Us:
AdvantageNutrition.com was founded as an internet
business in January of 1996. We are a family owned and
operated company located on eastern Long Island, New
York.
Our primary
goal is to provide our customers with quality products,
low prices, and fast order turnaround times. We ship to
all United States addresses including military APO/FPO
boxes. We sell
first quality products direct from the manufacturers or
reliable distributors. We do not
sell short-dated, closeout, or surplus goods unless
clearly noted in the product description. Some
other sites may have prices that seem too good to be
true. We try to offer the best prices possible
without a lot of gimmicks or price changes every couple
weeks.

Our store was
designed and is hosted by Nexternal, one of the
leading e-commerce providers on the internet.
Nexternal's size and experience allow us to confidently
assure you that your transactions and stored data are
secured with the latest security which is tested and
improved on a constant basis. The shopping cart uses SSL
Encryption of all sensitive data as well as secure
Authorize.Net processing and McAfee security which is
tested daily. You can verify the McAfee security
by clicking the McAfee icon on any page of the web
store. If you are worried
about data security, we recommend using
Paypal because it eliminates the need to share
your credit card with each site you shop on.
Paypal also allows you to pay by credit card or directly
from your checking account.
Our
Simple Privacy Promise:
We never have, nor will
we ever sell or distribute our customer's private
e-mail, phone number, or mailing information.
We will never spam you. The
only contact you will receive from us is information
regarding an order you placed. You may sign up to
hear from us on a monthly basis via e-mail, but you must
opt-in to the mailing list.

PAYMENT
METHODS:
We regret that our new
system does not allow us to accept Google payments any
longer. Payment methods accepted are
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and
PayPal. You can also choose the fax option in the
shopping cart so you can print the order and fax it to
us. You can pay by mail using the shopping cart to
print out your order. We accept money orders.
CHECK POLICY:
Orders over $50, paid by check will be held for 7 days
before the order is shipped. For faster service use
PayPal.com to pay from your checking account
instead of checks--it is much faster, secure, and you
get all sorts of great benefits. Payments by mail
should be sent to the address listed in the next
section.
REFUNDS,
CREDITS, RETURNS, or DAMAGE:
If you are unhappy with the
quality of a product you purchased from us, you may
return it to us for replacement or refund. Open boxes
of bars may not be returned because you did not like the
flavor. Please write to us about the problem using our
web
contact form before sending back
products. If an error was made filling your order we
will send the correct item with a UPS call tag for the
mis-picked item. Please pack it up in a box and we will
have UPS pick it up at your home or work address.
Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. If items
in your package are damaged when they arrive, please
send us e-mail immediately so we may send replacements.
Do not discard damaged items or their packaging because
UPS may want to inspect them. UPS shipped packages are
insured against loss or damage. Returns must be sent to

Credits/Refunds DUE
Sometimes
processing of paperwork gets behind schedule. If you
are owed a refund on your credit card please use the
web
contact form to let us know it has not been
processed and we will have it completed within 1
business day. Please note that it takes up to 48 hour
for a credit to appear, depending on what time of day it
was submitted.

Advantage Nutrition is not
responsible for typographical pricing errors, coding, or
calculation errors in our database or in our shopping
cart; or for sale prices from old web pages cached on
your hard drive. However, you may return items
purchased due to incorrect product size, description, or
pricing.
We reserve the right to limit
quantities or end sales due to product shortages.
